Continuing their tradition of expanding their sound and refusing to be limited by expectations or genre constraints, Amorphis have just released Halo, their long-awaited follow-up to Queen of Time. Produced by Jens Bogren, the album continues the progressive evolution of Amorphis that, depending on who you ask, kicked off with Circle and/or Under the Red Cloud.

I recently had the opportunity to talk with Tomi Koivusaari, the founder and rhythm guitarist of the band, and who has been an integral part of this evolution throughout the last 3 decades. You can check our conversation in the video below.
